The hostel provides the students with an atmosphere much like a home away from home.
It provides them with all the necessary facilities, which help them to acclimatize well with this new ambience. Our hostel has its own mess, which is managed and run by the students themselves on co-operative basis. Keeping in mind the different tastes of the students, the mess provides them with healthy and tasty food.
Five hostels for boys and two for girls on the campus offer well-ventilated, comfortable rooms. Rooms are available on multi sharing basis. Library and internet facility is also provided to hostel students after college time. Medical facility is also provided to the students all the time. 24 hours RO water supply and power backup is available in hostel. Security guards are posted at the gate of hostels day and night.
Canteen, Medical Aid, Xerox, Stationary facility etc are also available for the students.
Hostel Management
The following officers constitute the Hostel Management:

- Faculty Wardens
- Resident Wardens
- Care Taker
A Resident warden who resides in the hostel manages each hostel. The diners of mess may be drawn from different hostels. A Warden administers each mess.
The students can approach any of the above officers for help, guidance and grievance redressal. Representations to higher officers must be forwarded through proper channel.

Medical Facility
It is to inform all the residents of NIET hostel that for medical claim the students have to follow some rules which are mentioned below. Also we are providing doctor and medical facility inside the campus .i.e.
For Plot No-19:-

The residents of NIET hostels are medically insured and their medical expenditures incurred during OPD/Hospitalization of any hospital in Greater Noida will be reimbursed by the institute.
The rules of reimbursement are given as under:-
- Maximum of Rs 3000/- (Three Thousand only) in a month of OPD consultancy + medicine bills etc. can be reimbursed to the students.
- In case of causality/hospitalization, a maximum of Rs 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) can be reimbursed to the students.
- To reimburse the medical bills, students should submit original bills along with prescription report to the Chief Warden/Warden within three days of his/her visit to doctor/hospitalization.
- All the bills should be made in favor of concerned students.
Student should follow the above set of rules for medical refund and submit the application of refund in the Chief Warden office between 05:00pm to 06:00pm.
