Bridging The Gaps Between
Skills And Success
About (P.F.S)
"Good grooming is integral and impeccable style is a must. If you don't look the part, no one will want to give you time or money." - Daymond John
Today, the ability to communicate effectively, and exude confidence in our dealings is considered an invaluable asset both socially and professionally. While academics equip an individual for a future career, they focus little on honing and refinement of personality aspects essential for effective functioning and positive impact.
Simultaneously, there also lies the need to be familiar with the rules of etiquette and protocol critical to success in social and corporate settings.
To bridge this gap, NIET has come up with Pyramid Finishing School (PFS). Students are first assessed on their various skills, and thorough training is organized accordingly. Once the training and workshops are over, students are given opportunities to appear for the recruitment drives.
PFS trains students, according to the industry requirements, and provide individual student a 360 degree improvement, not only in the areas like soft skills, life skills, technical skills and etiquettes but also exposing the students to time management, teamwork and project management.
This process is initiated in the early semesters of their core programs there by amalgamating it with their standard curricula. The concept has resulted in a steep increase in the employability of students. NIET has an excellent track record of repetitive placement visits by the country's top-notch employers resulting in the exponential growth in the placement numbers over the years.
